Camp registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Online registration is available for all sessions of the Wildcat Volleyball Camps as long as space is available. You can access online registration using a secure server at www.wildcatvolleyballcamps.com. There is a service fee assessed by myonlinecamps.com for the convenience of online registration. An email confirmation will be generated immediately following the completion of your online registration to the email address(es) you provide during registration. For Registration, please use GRADE your camper will be FALL 2017.
Online payments are made using a VISA, Discover, or Mastercard. NOTE: There is a service fee associated with using a credit card payment. The processing fee is a myonlinecamps.com fee and is non-refundable through Wildcat Volleyball Camps. There is a link on the camp website to “Register by Mail”. Please NO cash payments by mail.
Registration will automatically close if a camp session is full. Complete registration and payment for Wildcat Volleyball Camps are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact Diana Loomis at the K-State Volleyball office at email@example.com to see if there is a waiting list if the session you have selected shows closed. Online Registrations will not process if the session is full and closed.

Refunds are NOT given for Junior Wildcat Camps. Please review the Refund/Cancellation policy tab on the wildcatvolleyballcamps.com home page for information. Camp Owner and Camp Administrator consider all refund requests on a case-by-case basis as time permits following all sessions of the 2017 Wildcat Volleyball Camps. There is a $75 non-refundable fee associated with All Skills and Elite Camp and $25 non-refundable fee associated with Team Camp.
Wildcat Volleyball Camps DO NOT require campers to submit a Medical/Physical form to participate in our camps. Wildcat Volleyball Camp DOES require each camper to provide Insurance information and complete the Camper Health Assessment questions during registration and to report any recent/current injuries, diagnosis or medications/prescriptions to Athletic Trainers at check-in. It is recommended you have a current physical to make sure you are in good physical condition and no injuries or ailments exist prior to camp.
All campers are required to provide the insurance information during the registration process. Assumption of Risk/Release from Liability and Consent for Treatment of a Minor information should be read by parents and a required digital signature provided. This information is collected in the case of an emergency situation or the necessary treatment of an injury/sickness for your camper. All information is kept private and secure with our Athletic Trainer. Parent/Guardian will be notified immediately should an emergency situation arise.
Parents/Campers: Wildcat Volleyball Camp requests no inquiries regarding roommate assignments – every attempt will be made to honor requests as submitted. Assignments are made 1-2 weeks prior to camp and received at check-in. Priority is given to campers who request each other as their roommate. The only reason we wouldn’t honor a campers request is if the preference isn’t in the same camp session or roommate requested is involved in another rooming situation. Campers are typically 2/room. Some dorms/floors have 4-person rooms. Wildcat Volleyball Camp cannot guarantee 4-person rooms. List other roommate preferences/friends during registration – if we cannot accommodate a 4-person request, campers will be placed next door or across the hall. If campers do not indicate a roommate requests, an age-appropriate roommate will be assigned.
Commuter campers do not stay overnight in the dorms. All Commuters attend check-in at the dorms the first day of camp to pick up camp shirt and key card for meals. Commuters arrive daily at the KSU Recreation Center and are picked up at the end of the camp day. During the camp sessions they will be provided Lunch and Dinner only and will be transported between KSU Recreation Center and Derby Dining Center with Staff and Resident campers. If Commuter drives a vehicle to camp, they will need to have a parking permit for the Recreation Center (see parking) and will NOT be allowed to leave or drive their personal car during the camp day or between KSU Recreation Center and Derby Dining Center.
Guest Conference Housing may not make final dorm assignments until 1-2 weeks prior to camp. Overnight campers are typically housed in Ford Hall on the K-State Campus. Ford Hall is located just off the intersection at N. Manhattan and Claflin Avenue. See Maps and Directions link on the camp website at www.wildcatvolleyballcamps.com. Camp Staff is assigned to every corridor with our campers. In addition to the Camp Staff, our Athletic Trainer, manager, and residence hall staff are in-house 24/7 during the camp. Camp Administrator and additional Camp Staff are available in the lobby during the evening hours through lights-out and room checks. No outside access can be made to the dorm after 9:00pm without key card or Dorm Staff access. Campers are responsible for keys assigned to them from the dorm. All keys must be returned at check-out. Lost keys will result in a $50.00 fee collected at check-out.
WHAT TO BRING
Overnight campers should bring t-shirts, shorts or spandex, knee pads, socks, playing shoes, personal toiletries, alarm clock and spending money for Camp Store and vending or incidentals. Camp Store will have pizza on sale nightly in the dorm and a variety of K-State Volleyball apparel. The dorm provides linens, pillows and blankets during your stay. Campers are welcome to bring your favorites from home if you choose. Wildcat Volleyball Camp and Guest Conference Housing/Dorms are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Campers are allowed to bring snacks, drinks and coolers from home; however, there are no ice machines available in the dorm.

Occasionally campers will become homesick during Wildcat Volleyball Camp. The sessions are physically demanding and when a camper is away from home and becomes tired, even the most confident athlete can wear down. We encourage parents to have your camper inform court coach, dorm supervisor, athletic trainer, or Camp Administrator if there is an issue. Our staff will be happy to assist a camper with any situation or problem that arises during camp. If there are any situations that arise in which a camper would need to depart camp, contact Camp Administrator Diana Loomis [firstname.lastname@example.org or 785-587-7807] PRIOR to departure to make arrangements. Refunds are not given to campers departing early.
Campers eat meals at the Derby Dining Center. Camp staff is present during all meals and breaks. If your camper has a dietary requirement or restriction [gluten-free, diabetic, etc], the Dining Center has a variety of food options to choose between. Please have your camper ask Derby Dining staff if they have any questions about options or their specific needs and they will be happy to accommodate. Parking rules and regulations on the K-State campus are strictly enforced by the Office of Parking Services and space is limited. While on campus, please obey all parking signs, regulations, and designated parking areas. Wildcat Volleyball Camp does not recommend campers driving themselves to the event. If a camper does drive a personal vehicle, parents should alert us in advance so arrangements can be made regarding a parking permit. Car keys will be collected the first evening of camp. Participants are NOT permitted to leave the campus, dorm or drive their personal vehicle while at K-State. Doing so will result in being excused from camp and no refund. Parking permits are required. Wildcat Volleyball Camp is not responsible for parking tickets received while on campus. Parking permits are not provided to parents attending camp sessions or for check-in or pick-up at the conclusion of camp.
All camp sessions are held at the Chester E Peters Recreational Center located on the north end of campus just off the intersection of Denison and Kimball Avenue [next to Bill Snyder Family Stadium]. Entrance to the facility can be made from Denison Avenue north of the Tennis Courts. Parents are able to enter the facility at no cost and attend any session of camp. Parking permits are required Monday-Friday 7:00a-5:00p in the lot at the Recreational Center. A permit is not required weekdays after 5:00p or on Saturday/Sunday. You can obtain a visitor’s permit for a fee from Parking Services Information Booth which is located at the KSU Parking Facility at 17th & Anderson Avenue.
Wildcat Volleyball Camp transports all campers between the dorm and the Chester E. Peters Recreational center during All Skills and Elite on-campus camps. Campers will be transported using school or private bus companies and drivers. Campers who may have a personal vehicle are NOT permitted to drive to/from the KSU Recreational Center and Dorms. Wildcat Volleyball Camp does not provide any additional Ground Transportation other than between dorm and KSU Recreational Center while in session.
The Wildcat Volleyball Camp is a privately owned enterprise operated by Suzie Fritz, coach of the K-State Volleyball team. It is not sponsored by or a part of Kansas State University.
